I worked with a William Barber many years ago at the C&P telephone co. I was a cable splicer with Bill and he and I spent a lot of time together. He moved away after he retired and I didn’t keep in touch. If by some chance this is the same Bill Barber who worked for the C&P telephone Co. of Virginia I and some of the other guys would like to know. All our prayers go out to the Barber Family.
